I have always thought of myself as a person that makes healthy food choices EXCEPT I drank DIET PEPSI or DIET DR PEPPER for decades. I actually hid it because I knew how bad it was and didn't want to be a bad example to my kids and grandkids. I didn't WANT to drink it I NEEDED it to make it to make it through my busy days. Every now and then I would "tough it out" and QUIT and within a week or two I was always back on...UNTIL LIGHTS ON! I didn't get the "spike and crash" that I had with pepsi, it was more of a "sustained, focused, feel good energy". GREAT PRODUCT!
Great Product! It gives you energy and mental clarity! This product motivates you to get off your couch! I have a Senior in High School who takes it every morning. He said that it helps him complete his classwork and homework, also my Senior Citizen Mother drinks the Lights On and she doesn't keep still, yesterday she was in our yard raking up all the leaves! This is a great addition to our family!

Works better then Energy Drinks Period!
PRO: I've used every energy drink in the land. Red bull, 5 hour, Monster, etc. etc. Nothing compares to the energy and mental clarity I get from a packet or scoop of Lights On. Will continue using this product along with Lights off. CON: The packets are easier to put in a bottle of water then the scoops are. Shipping is slow so order in bulk so you don't run out.
